Order Placement

All online orders are processed by PayPal.  Upon completing the shopping transaction your credit card will be charged.  Within 72 hours your order will be processed and you will receive an email with a confirmation receipt of your order together with the shipment tracking number.  Orders received on weekends will be processed on Monday.

When you place an order with us, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number and email address for order processing only.  We do not share your private information with anyone.

All diaper bags and accessories are hand made in a limited edition.  If the item you ordered is out of stock we will contact you to see if you would like another color, or if you would like to be issued a full refund.

Please note that coupon codes do not apply to items on sale.

Shipping & Handling

Enjoy free shipping in the U.S. for orders over $50. All orders are shipped via USPS, unless otherwise requested.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. For international orders please contact us at sales@hedvigbourbon.com.

To enjoy free gift-wrapping, just send an email to info@hedvigbourbon.com referring to your purchase together with instructions, i.e; text for personal note, gift wrapping for baby boy, girl or neutral, and if the package is to be shipped directly to recipient.

Return Policy

At Hedvig Bourbon we take great care in creating a product that is constructed using the highest quality craftsmanship and materials.  It is our goal that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you still wish to return an item(s), this is our policy:  Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery date.  Please contact us first at sales@hedvigbourbon.com for a return authorization number.  A copy of your receipt together with the RA number must be included in the package. As soon as we receive the goods in satisfactory condition a prompt refund will be credited in the form of the original payment method.  Shipping charges are not refundable unless we have made an error with your order.
